Mother's Day Celebration at DPS Vikasnagar, May 10, 2024

Mother's Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at DPS Vikasnagar on Friday. On this occasion, the school children of pre primary section organized special programs for their beloved mothers. The program was attended by Mrs. Gurmeet Bindra, Principal of Daly College of Indore, as the chief guest, and Mrs. Soneyaa Kumar, the school principal. Welcoming everyone, the program began with a rendition of the song "Chanda Hai Tu Mera Suraj Hai Tu" by Mr. Kishlay Shah and Mr. Kulraj Yadav. Following this, the children presented various colorful programs expressing their gratitude and love towards their mothers. Parents also participated in a ramp walk. Principal Mrs. Soneyaa Kumar said that a mother is a priceless gift from God. She said that a mother is the pillar who stands by us as our support in every moment of our lives. She urged parents to always guide their children to become cultured and responsible citizens. Chief Guest Mrs. Gurmeet Bindra said that the bond between mother and child is the holiest relationship in the world. She said that children should always respect their mothers and take care of their every happiness. On this occasion, the school teachers and parents also actively participated. Through this program, an effort was made to instill respect and love for mothers among children. This program was inspiring for everyone.
